The first awards for the federal government’s sprawling OASIS+ contract vehicle for complex professional and engineering services remain on track for the summer, according to a General Services Administration official Monday.
Tiffany Hixson, GSA’s assistant commissioner for the Office of Professional Services and Human Capital, said the agency modified OASIS+ labor category pricing requirements and joint venture terms to align with a US Court of Federal Claims protest decision on another governmentwide acquisition vehicle.
There had been a significant delay in OASIS+ moving forward following the protest on the bidding terms for the small business IT vehicle Polaris.
