GovCIO Abandons Challenge to VA’s $61 Billion IT Procurement

GovCIO LLC ended its protest of a protest of the US Department of Veterans Affairs’ IT services procurement known as Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation Two, which is worth up to $61 billion.

The parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal on Sept. 29. Judge Marian Blank Horn of the US Court of Federal Claims dismissed the suit the same day.

Counsel for Fairfax, Va.-based information technology services firm didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

The parties’ motion stated that Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. is the only remaining challenger of the procurement.
