GoodEarth Distribution LLC and the US Postal Service have settled the company’s claim that the agency failed to pay for nitrile gloves delivered during the Covid-19 pandemic.
GoodEarth and the government filed a joint stipulation for dismissal Monday with the US Court of Federal Claims, stating that they reached a settlement Nov. 13.
