GoldPath Holds on to VA’s $257 Million Health System Contract

GoldPath Communications JV LLC can move forward with a $257 million health system support contract for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, the US Court of Federal Claims said.

The court granted the government and GoldPath judgment on the administrative record, and rejected a challenge from protester Blue Water Thinking LLC, according to Judge Richard A. Hertling’s Monday order. The court’s opinion is under seal.
