Get Engineering Corp. Must Face Contract Set-Aside Fraud Suit

Get Engineering Corp. will have to defend against a whistleblower’s False Claims Act suit alleging that the company made false statements in order to obtain contracts set aside for women-owned small businesses to which it wasn’t entitled, a California district court said.
