General Dynamics Unable to Stop Leidos’ $1.7 Billion Tech Award

The Defense Information Systems Agency reasonably awarded Leidos Inc. a $1.7 billion contract to provide information technology and communications support to U.S. military services and combatant commands, the GAO said.

Protester General Dynamics Information Technology Inc. didn’t timely allege that the agency failed to investigate whether Leidos received an unfair competitive advantage by retaining a former agency official, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Friday.

General Dynamics’ conflict of interest protest wasn’t filed within ten days of when it knew or should have known of the basis for the protest, the GAO said.
