General Dynamics Still Shut Out From $61 Billion IT Procurement

General Dynamics Information Technology Inc. says the US Department of Veterans Affairs has again erred by failing to award the company a contract under a highly contested $61 billion IT procurement known as Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2, or T4NG2.
