General Dynamics Names Charles W. Hooper to Board of Directors

Charles W. Hooper has been elected to be a director of General Dynamics, the company announced Wednesday.

Hooper previously served as the director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency where he oversaw the implementation of US policy defense articles sales and services to foreign governments.

He serves as a senior counselor for the Cohen Group, is a senior fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and serves on the board of directors for UL Solutions, according to General Dynamics.
