The Government Accountability Office sustained 16% of contract protests in fiscal year 2024, marking a drop from the 31% sustain rate in 2023, according to its annual report to Congress released on Monday.
The 31% rate in 2023 was likely tied to one dispute, whereby the GAO sustained more than 100 protests of the National Institutes of Health’s $50 billion procurement known as Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners.
