Fluor Blasts Concealed Conflict of Interest by Former Manager

Fluor Intercontinental Inc. told a federal court that a $46 million Afghanistan support subcontract with Relyant Global LLC fell through because of an actively concealed conflict of interest.

Fluor responded to Relyant’s March 6 breach of contract complaint by filing counterclaims and a third party complaint with the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, asserting that its former manager concealed his ownership of a company that owned Relyant.
