Flairsoft Properly Cut From $13.4 Billion Air Force Procurement

The Air Force reasonably eliminated Flairsoft Ltd.'s bid in a $13.4 billion procurement for information technology services, the GAO said.

Flairsoft didn’t show that the Air Force erred in deducting points from the company’s bid under the procurement’s technical experience factor, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Wednesday.

Flairsoft didn’t establish that the Air Force improperly determined that its bid lacked specific details to demonstrate the required experience in building an information system as required by the solicitation, the GAO said.

The Air Force issued its solicitation in September 2017 seeking to award 40 indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts. ...
