The US General Services Administration reasonably awarded FedTec LLC a $34 million call order for enterprise data analytics shared services operations and maintenance support, the Government Accountability Office said.
Highlight Technologies Inc.'s protest failed to show that the agency made a prejudicial error in the pricing evaluation, said the GAO, which also dismissed Highlight’s assertion that that the GSA failed to adequately address a potential Procurement Integrity Act violation.
The agency issued the solicitation to all holders of GSA’s Corporate Information Technology Service blanket purchase agreement. Three companies, including FedTec and Highlight, submitted bids.
