Federal Information Systems Holds on to Cybersecurity Task Order

Federal Information Systems Inc. can move forward with a $78.6 million task order to provide US Special Operations Command with cybersecurity services, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.

Protester Halvik Corp. failed to show that the agency engaged in discussions with bidders that were misleading or improper, the Government Accountability Office said.

Halvik alleged that an agency evaluation notice led the company to believe that it wasn’t permitted to drop its bid price below a certain threshold.
