Fargo Pacific Inc. and other defendants settled a False Claims Act suit alleging that the general contracting company sought and won US Navy roofing contracts despite lacking eligibility, according to a Tuesday court filing.
The defendants and whistleblower Ravindra Gogineni filed a stipulation and notice of dismissal with prejudice to the US District Court for the District of Guam. The US government consented to the dismissal.
Terms of the settlement weren’t made available. Counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
