Exacta Solutions to Appeal Contract Registration Rule Decision

Exacta Solutions LLC is appealing a contract registration rule decision by the US Court of Federal Claims affecting awards under the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s $947 million management support procurement.

Exacta on Monday filed a notice of appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the ruling that the procurement can no longer include a change that helped several initial awardees keep their contracts.
