Trace Systems Inc. failed to show that the U.S. Army Material Command improperly awarded Envistacom LLC a $235 million task order to operate and maintain several communication systems and networks, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.
Trace was unable to demonstrate that the Army conducted an unreasonable past performance evaluation, the Government Accountability Office said.
The Army’s decision not to rate Trace’s bid higher than Envistacom with regard to the past performance of services outside the continental United States was reasonable under the solicitation’s requirements, the GAO said.
