Advanced Technology Systems Co. ended its protest of Forward Slope Inc.'s $97 million contract to provide Egypt with a maritime surveillance system under the Foreign Military Sales program.
The two contractors and the US government filed a joint stipulation Tuesday to voluntarily dismiss the case filed at the US Court of Federal Claims, which the court granted the same day. Counsel for the contractors declined to comment. The US Department of Justice didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
