NASA reasonably eliminated E-Logic Inc. from its $20 billion maximum value procurement for IT services, called solutions for enterprise-wide procurement VI, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.
E-Logic’s proposal fell short of a request for proposals requirement stating that bidders must must include a designated product provider for 100 contract line items, the US Government Accountability Office said.
