E&I Global Resolves Electricity Substation Termination Dispute

E&I Global Energy Services Inc. settled its 7-year dispute with the Energy Department over the termination of a contract to build a high-voltage electricity substation in South Dakota.

E&I and the government filed a joint stipulation of voluntary dismissal Monday with the US Court of Federal Claims. Neither the Justice Department nor counsel for E&I immediately responded to a request for comment.
