DynCorp Challenges Vectrus’ $210 Million Bahrain Support Award

DynCorp International LLC is protesting the Navy’s decision to award Vectrus System Corp. a maximum value $210 million contract to provide base operations support services at Isa Air Base in Bahrain.

A decision on the protest, filed Monday, is due Sept. 23, the Government Accountability Office docket says.

The contract, which has a base period and seven option periods, calls for fire and emergency services, force protection, housing, and utility management services, among other requirements.

Support sites include a Patriot battery site, according to the Department of Defense.

Four companies submitted bids, DOD says.
