Dorm Services Bidder Had Contract Registration at Right Time

The US Federal Law Enforcement Training Center improperly excluded a contract bidder from a dormitory management services procurement for not being registered in the System for Award Management, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.

UNICA-BPA JV had an active SAM registration when it submitted its final proposal revision, the US Government Accountability Office said. Therefore, the agency should include UNICA in the pool of eligible offers and make a new contract award decision, the GAO said.
