The Justice Department reasonably eliminated IntelliDyne LLC’s bid in a $1.6 billion IT support services procurement, the Government Accountability Office said.
The department improperly assigned past performance ratings to IntelliDyne’s bid, but this error wasn’t prejudicial, the GAO said May 17.
The record doesn’t show that IntelliDyne would have proceeded to the second phase of the two-phase procurement if its bid had received an “excellent” past performance rating, the GAO said.
The department seeks to award multiple contracts under the fifth generation of its 10-year Information Technology Support Services contract—ITSS-5.
