Dev Technology Group Inc. lost its court protest challenging the contract bid requirements in the US General Services Administration’s Alliant 3 IT services procurement.
Dev’s complaint is dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, according to a Nov. 14 judgment. US Court of Federal Claims Judge Zachary N. Somers’ opinion is under seal.
