Dev Technology Group Inc. lacked standing to protest contract bid requirements in the US General Services Administration’s $75 billion Alliant 3 IT services procurement, the US Court of Federal Claims said.
Dev didn’t submit a bid to win a contract, and failed to offer some indication of its capability to perform a contract, Judge Zachary N. Somers said in an opinion dismissing the protest made public on Wednesday. The court announced its decision in a Nov. 14 judgment.
