Delviom’s $51 Million Cybersecurity Contract Backed by Court

Saliense Consulting LLC failed to show that the US Department of Homeland Security unfairly eliminated its bid before selecting Delviom LLC to perform a $51 million cybersecurity contract , the US Court of Federal Claims said.

The department reasonably concluded that an individual Saliense proposed for a key role lacked sufficient experience under the solicitation, Judge Carolyn N. Lerner said in an opinion made public Monday. Lerner granted the government’s and Delviom’s motions for judgment on the administrative record.

And there’s no evidence that the department applied unstated evaluation criteria to Saliense’s proposal, the court said.
