Deloitte Moves to Defend Air Force Contracts Challenged by KPMG

Deloitte Consulting LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP want to intervene in KPMG LLP’s recently filed US Air Force contract protest so Deloitte can defend several challenged audit services awards.

Deloitte filed May 16 an unopposed motion to intervene with the US Court of Federal Claims, stating that Deloitte has a significant interest in the court’s assessment of whether the Air Force reasonably awarded Deloitte the challenged contracts.
