Deloitte Keeps $77 Million DOD Task Order Despite Conflict Claim

Deloitte & Touche LLP can move forward with its $77 million task order to provide audit remediation and sustainment services for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.

Protester Guidehouse Inc. failed to show that the Department of Defense’s Washington Headquarters Service—which issued the order—didn’t properly investigate an alleged personal conflict of interest involving a former Deloitte employee that joined the agency, the Government Accountability Office said.
