Deloitte Keeps $235 Million Award From Defense Health Agency

Deloitte Consulting LLP will perform a $235 million task order to provide the Defense Health Agency with project and program management support services, the GAO said.

Protester KSJ & Associates Inc. provided no specific factual support for its claim that the agency didn’t reasonably evaluate its $212 million bid, the Government Accountability Office said.

The protest is devoid of any clear statement as to what the the agency did wrong by assigning KSJ a “marginal” technical rating, the GAO said.
