Deloitte Keeps $222.3 Million IT Order From Homeland Security

AnaVation LLC lost its protest challenging Deloitte Consulting LLP’s $222.3 million IT services task order from the US Department of Homeland Security, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.

The northern Virginia-based data processing firm failed to show that DHS should have found Deloitte’s bid unacceptable for proposing to rely on key personnel that didn’t meet minimum education requirements under the solicitation, the Government Accountability Office said.
