Dell’s $2.5 Billion Award Unaffected by Price Sharing, Navy Says

The U.S. Navy concluded that alleged unlawful price information sharing didn’t affect Dell Marketing LP’s award of a $2.5 billion blanket purchase agreement to provide Microsoft software services, the government said in a court filing released on Tuesday.

No one from Dell obtained or was provided contract line item-level pricing information about protester Insight Public Sector Inc. before Dell sent a May 27, 2021, email to the Navy, the government told the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in an ongoing bid protest.
