Defense Agency Must Reconsider Bids in $12 Billion Procurement

The Defense Logistics Agency must reconsider two bids to provide IT services under the agency’s $12 billion information technology procurement called DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services 2.0, also known as JETS 2, a federal court said.

Protesters Chickasaw Service Solutions LLC and D&G Support Services showed that the agency must re-evaluate the bids’ technical approaches during a remand period that lasts 60 days, or until Oct. 7, Judge Eleni M.
