DEA to Reconsider Booz Allen Hamilton, NTT Data IT Contracts

The US Drug Enforcement Administration will reassess its award of IT contracts to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. and two other companies, a decision that follows protests by 22nd Century Technologies Inc. and others.

The government told the US Court of Federal Claims Wednesday that it will take corrective action and make a new award decision. The briefing schedule in the protest is stayed, Judge Richard A. Hertling said in an order. The government will file a motion to dismiss or a status report by June 27, unless the plaintiffs have voluntary dismissed their protests by then, Hertling said.
