Babel Street Inc. failed to show that the U.S. Air Force improperly awarded Dataminr Inc. a $259 million contract to provide publicly available information on global events in real time to military personnel, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.
Babel didn’t demonstrate that the agency’s past performance evaluation unreasonably considered the estimated $293 million price and the maximum 3 million service users as the basis for deciding if bidders had proper prior experience, the Government Accountability Office said.
