US Customs and Border Protection said it will cancel a procurement for a cargo systems application, as well as a contract award to Information Technology Strategies Inc., following protests from rival bidders.
The agency will issue a new solicitation based on revised requirements in accordance with current needs, which renders the legal challenge moot, the government told the US Court of Federal Claims in a Tuesday notice. The companies didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
