Customer Value Partners Properly Axed From $13.4B IT Procurement

May 1, 2019, 6:28 PM UTC

The Air Force reasonably rejected Customer Value Partners Inc.'s bid on a $13.4 billion comprehensive IT solutions procurement, the Government Accountability Office said.

Customer Value Partners couldn’t show that Air Force evaluators should have assigned its bid a higher technical experience score, the GAO said.

The Air Force plans to award 40 indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts under its Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions procurement between July and September.

Three other protests of the procurement are undecided, the GAO docket shows.

FH+H PLLC represented Customer Value Partners.

The case is Customer Value Partners Inc., GAO, B-415716, 4/4/19, decision released 5/1/19.
