Criterion Corp. showed that the US Air Force improperly eliminated its bid to provide base operations support services at Homestead Air Reserve Base in Florida, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
The Air Force should conduct a new price realism evaluation of Criterion’s bid, the GAO said. It should assess whether Criterion’s low proposed price reflects a technical solution demonstrating a misunderstanding of the duties to perform, or an inordinate risk of unsuccessful performance, the Government Accountability Office said.
