Covid-19 Vaccine Challenger Didn’t Get Lawyer, Has Suit Tossed

A whistleblower suit claiming that Moderna US Inc. violated the False Claims Act by making misrepresentations to the US government about its Covid-19 vaccine is dismissed because the whistleblower didn’t obtain an attorney.

A Sept. 26 court order said whistleblower Sean Solomon had until Oct. 24 to obtain counsel or the action would be dismissed.

No counsel has filed a notice of appearance, Judge William Alsup of the US District Court for the Northern District of California said in a Tuesday order.
