Contractors Sound Off on Troubled DOD Integration Money Pot

Federal contractors chasing billions in Pentagon-wide integration initiative awards are losing patience with an effort that envisions seismic shifts while showing few signs of living up to expectations.

But with so much money on the line, most companies aren’t actually walking away.

Joint All-Domain Command and Control, or JADC2, promises to integrate systems across the Defense Department and spend billions of dollars to do it.

As of July 1, more than 200 companies signed on to the Air Force’s Advanced Battle Management System contracts in support of JADC2.
