The Coast Guard properly awarded CompQSoft Inc. a $47 million information technology task order to support the agency’s aviation fleet, the GAO said.
Protester VariQ-CV JV LLC failed to show that the agency conducted improper past performance and technical capabilities evaluations, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Tuesday.
The GAO also said the agency conducted a reasonable best-value determination before selecting CompQSoft.
