Cognizant Whistleblower Can Advance India Worker Visa Fraud Suit

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. must continue to face a suit alleging it provided US officials with inaccurate information to save money on Indian workers’ visa applications, a New Jersey federal district court said Thursday.

The information technology company argued that two court rulings in other jurisdictions supported its position that no claim under the False Claims Act exists.
