Cogent People Inc. can move forward with a $31 million task order to provide the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services with health insurance marketplace and financial management operational analytics, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.
The agency reasonably concluded that the technical advantages in protester A Square Group LLC’s bid didn’t justify paying its $37 million bid price, the Government Accountability Office said.
