Clark Construction Keeps $68 Million Camp Pendleton Contract

Clark Construction Group—California LP can move forward with a $68 million US Navy task order for construction services at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, the US Government Accountability Office said.

Protester Harper Construction Co. Inc. didn’t demonstrate that the Navy unfairly eliminated its bid for failing to submit conceptual drawings that satisfied solicitation requirements, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.
