Cyber Defense Agency Inc. has reached a settlement with the US government in a suit seeking costs stemming from the CIA’s termination for convenience of a contract to create enterprise security services for the intelligence community.
The contractor and the government Tuesday told the US Court of Federal Claims that the parties reached a settlement Sept. 5. The case is now closed, according to the docket.
