MindPoint Group LLC failed to show that Centerpoint Inc. improperly received a $116 million contract to provide cybersecurity support services to the the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the Chief Information Officer, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesdsay.
The Department of the Interior, which issued the solicitation on behalf of HHS, reasonably determined in its technical evaluation that Mindpoint’s bid didn’t adequately address privacy services questions, the Government Accountability Office said.
