Centerline Logistics Corp. lacks standing to protest the U.S. Transportation Command’s highly contested bulk fuel transport procurement, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims said.
Centerline waived the right to protest the agency’s 2018 corrective action, under which Centerline said bidders viewed each other’s prices before submitting revised bids, Judge Eric G. Bruggink said in a decision released Wednesday.
The time to protest the corrective action was before participating, but Centerline submitted a revised bid instead of objecting, the court said.
Vane Line Bunkering Inc. is now in line to receive the contract, the court said.
