The US Air Force won dismissal of The Centech Group Inc.'s $2 million claim that the agency improperly canceled the installation of a communication infrastructure contract and refused to accept the delivery of purchased materials.
Centech said the contract to install a communication infrastructure at Vandenburg Air Force Base in California required the agency to reimburse Centech for materials acquired by subcontractor Iron Bow Technologies LLC. Centech argued that the agency improperly canceled the materials order, and that it was owed storage, transportation, and insurance costs.
But the US Court of Federal Claims didn’t have jurisdiction over the March complaint ...
