The Centech Group Inc. can move forward with its suit alleging that the US Air Force breached their communication infrastructure contract by not accepting the delivery of materials purchased by subcontractor Iron Bow Technologies LLC.
Centech sufficiently stated a claim for breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing, Judge Thompson M. Dietz of the US Court of Federal Claims said in a Tuesday opinion denying the government’s motion to dismiss.
