Centech, Air Force End Communication Infrastructure Dispute (1)

The Centech Group Inc. and the US Air Force settled a suit alleging the agency breached their communication infrastructure contract by not accepting the delivery of materials subcontractor Iron Bow Technologies LLC purchased.

The parties filed Wednesday a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice with the US Court of Federal Claims. Counsel for Centech declined to comment. The US Justice Department declined to comment. Terms of the settlement weren’t made available.
