CCS King’s $82 Million Navy Support Contract Withstands Protest

CCS King George 2 LLC is cleared to perform an $82 million US Navy contract for base operations support at Naval Base Coronado in California despite a challenge from a rival bidder, the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.

Chugach Logistics & Facility Services JV LLC didn’t show that the Navy erred by giving a CCS King an “outstanding” corporate experience rating, the Government Accountability Office said.
