Camp Pendleton Contractor Resolves Concession Dispute With US

American Ground Transportation Inc., its subcontractor Liberty Launch Inc., and the US government resolved a dispute over a concession contract for shuttle service at Camp Pendleton in California.

The parties filed Monday a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice with Judge Victor J. Wolski of the US Court of Federal Claims. The case is closed, the docket says.
